HEWITT-TRUSSVILLE BANDS
High School parents/guardians are expected to volunteer for at least three events each year.
(2 of those events being concessions)
Middle School parents/guardians are expected to volunteer for at least two concessions events each year.

Concessions Volunteers
Our concession stands provide the greatest financial support for Hewitt-Trussville's band programs. We open concessions for all Middle School, 9th/JV, and Varsity Football Games. We also open for many outdoor track events in the spring.
Use our Sign-Up Genius link to volunteer in one of our three beautiful concession stands in our stadium on Husky Parkway. Responsibilities include taking orders, preparing food, and helping to clean up when the event is over.

Away Game & Competition Chaperones
We need chaperones at all away football games and competitions this season. We ask that you only sign up for 2 events at this time. If for some reason we do not fill all spots, then we will open it up for everyone to sign up for more events.

Chick-fil-A: Game Day Pick Up & Distribution
We need a volunteer each game day to pick up the Chik-fil-A order for our students. Chick-fil-A is offered as a dinner option to students each game week as a pre-game dinner option.
Home Games: Volunteers will pick up the order on Friday around 3:30pm, deliver to the band room, and help distribute the lunch to the students with the order list provided (roughly til about 4:30pm). Away Game pickup will be about 3pm. For away games far from school, more info will be provided.

Football Game Water Volunteers & Donations
