HEWITT-TRUSSVILLE BANDS
Band Registration 2025-26
What is Band Registration?
Band Registration Day is required for all students who play an instrument in the band program. This is when we take care of the important details to help get our school year started. Both student AND a parent must attend - parents, please bring your debit/credit cards (or cash/check if you prefer to pay fees in that form), and insurance cards.

Students should wear form fitting clothing to band registration in order to get an accurate fit for their marching band uniform.
NEW THIS YEAR: When completing the contact/emergency form for your student, we will ask that you take a photo of your student to upload. This photo should be portrait/passport style. This new feature will require you to sign into a google account before completing the form. Please be prepared to use either your personal google account or your student’s TCS account to login to the google form. You may take the photo from either your cell phone or chrome book.

RETURNING STUDENTS: Make sure to locate and try on your marching shoes, uniform shorts, and grey uniform shirt. All items should be in good condition, free of stains/holes/excessive wear and tear. We suggest wearing these items to registration day (if they still fit), in order to get a good fit for your marching band uniform. Please also try on your formal wear items and make a note of what you may need to replace/reorder for the upcoming year.
