IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CONCESSIONS VOLUNTEERS

NEW PROCEDURES FOR PARKING AND ENTERING STADIUM!! Enter the Trussville Civic Center parking lot from the Husky Parkway entrance. The parking attendant will have a list with that event’s volunteers from the signup genius. IF YOU ARE NOT LISTED ON THE SIGNUP GENIUS, YOU WILL NOT BE ON THIS LIST. The attendant will give you a lanyard. This will allow you to park in the gravel lot behind the civic center. If you park anywhere else, you must pay to park or risk being towed. The lanyard will also allow you to enter the stadium through the concession volunteer pass gate on the front right of the stadium. You will check in at this gate to get your stand assignment. You will give us back the lanyard upon entering the stadium. If you have your children with you, they must have their student athletic pass to enter through the main gate, or you must purchase a ticket for them to enter. Children will not be allowed to enter before 4:30.

*Unless you have an emergency you should plan to volunteer the entire event. Please stay after the event is over and help clean up* Make sure hair is up and out of your face *No loose/excessive jewelry *No open toed shoes *Comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty – band shirt, school shirt or school colors *If you are handling food, ALWAYS WEAR GLOVES*
